Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details to complete the order. You will then be taken to the Paypal site in order to complete your payment. Paypal will accept payment either from another Paypal account or from all recognised bank/payment cards and process the payment on our behalf. We have no access to any of your payment details other than a payment identifier and we do not hold any of your payment details.
When you receive a confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that it has been received by us. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
If you have bought a download, you will be given a secure download link that will make your purchase available for a reasonable amount of time (usually 7 days). If this link expires and you have not been able to download your ebook successfully, you will need to contact us. Downloads vary in size from around 30Mb to over 700Mb. You should be aware that the time taken to download products varies with the speed of your Internet connection and the large files may take several hours. It is your responsibility to backup your download – we will not provide an additional free download if you lose the file.
If you have bought the ebook loaded onto a CDROM (physical product), we keep all titles in stock and will aim to mail it to you that day or the next working day—we will confirm dispatch to you.
It is your responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are supplied at the time of purchase, as we cannot be liable for non-delivery of shipments due to incorrect delivery details being supplied to us. Should shipments be returned to us because of delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge the customer for re-shipment of the goods. For security reasons, we can only send goods to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering.
Deliveries of physical products will be made in the UK via Royal Mail First Class Post, overseas deliveries by Royal Mail First Class Post and Airmail. Our disks are sent out in secure packaging. We do not take responsibility for goods that are damaged or broken in transit by Royal Mail First Class Post or for the product not being to the customers exact liking. We also do not take responsibility for products becoming sub-standard due to package tampering or delivery confusion.

Special items attract a ‘Delivery Surcharge’ to cover their additional weight and consequently higher postage charges. This is detailed on the relevant product page and during Checkout.
We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. When you make a purchase, you will be asked if you wish to receive occasional emails from us with details of new products, offers etc. If you agree to us providing you with this marketing information, you can always opt-out at a later date. To opt-out of receiving any such communications, you can contact us stating that you do not wish to receive further communications from us in the following ways:
We want you to be totally satisfied with your goods and are happy to accept returns of physical products in their original packing within 7 days of receipt. Downloads cannot be ‘returned’ of course but please get in touch if you are dissatisfied in any way with what you receive. Please use the ‘Returns Request’ form from within your Customer Account to request a returns number before sending anything back. Details of what to do will then be emailed to you. Your username and password for your Customer Account will have been emailed to you when you made your first purchase; it is contained within your ‘Order Confirmation’ email. Products that have been opened/used will only be refunded if they have a manufacturing defect. Credit card refunds can only be credited to the original card with which the goods were bought.
Refunds due will be for merchandise only. Shipping costs and import duties will not be refunded, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
