Make a crazy, whimsical pincushion with best selling author Debbie Shore. Whether you are entertaining yourself or surprising your friends with a hand-made gift, Debbie’s pincushion creations are a surefire success. Try a biscornu pincushion in denim, a four-point smocked pincushion, or a folded fabric pincushion inspired by a quilting technique. The themes are bound to bring a smile – from teacups and Gothic bling, to a miniature Christmas tree, mannequin, chicken and pincushions that look like cottage buns. Many of these designs can be made quickly with minimum stitching and everyday craft techniques. There is a gorgeous array of pincushion projects in this book. The instructions are easy to follow and no expensive templates to buy before you can make them. Lots of step-by-step pictures and videos to help even the most frightened beginner to sew a beautiful pincushion. Wonderful for beginners and more experienced stitchers. Terrific gift idea.

Review in Sewing World magazine, April 2014:
This ebook contains 15 fun and quirky pincushion projects for you to try! With a handy guide on how to use the ebook, which works with PC and Mac as well as tablets and kindles, this is a very user friendly product. The ebook begins with some interesting information about the history of pincushions before explaining the necessary tools and techniques – some are very simple and some more advanced techniques. The original pincushion projects are very clearly explained with photographs throughout alongside videos in which Debbie guides you through the process herself. The attractive pincushion designs, including a fabulous teacup and useful jam jar, are often made out of household items and would make perfect, pretty yet practical gifts for your friends and family!
